Residential Park living is an affordable option when considering where to spend your retirement years. You can either purchase an established home or have one built to your design and colour scheme through our home builder.

Spinnakers Leisure Park is managed by Neil and Mary who have had many years of experience within the industry. They are here to ensure that you have peace of mind and that someone is on hand to assist should an emergency arise.

Living in this peaceful friendly environment you will undoubtedly settle into your new home quickly, make new friends and choose what activities you will participate in. This could be gentle exercises in the pool or social room, darts, writing , arts and crafts or on a wet day borrow a book or DVD from the social room.

The Spinnakers Social Club conduct various activities and outings throughout the year. This could be just a get-to-gether for a cuppa, going out for lunch or a coach trip for the day.

If you are a keen fisher person then join the fishing club which has had many successful outings on beautiful Lake Macquarie. The office photo board is testament to the many fine catches that have found their way onto the dinner plate.

Living in a residential park your rights and interests are governed and protected by the Residential Parks Act and Regulations.

The Department of Fair Trading has published a very good booklet “Residential Park Living” which can be found at www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au. This provides you with a lot of valuable information when deciding if living at Spinnakers Leisure Park is for you.

Our management team will also be happy to show you around the park, provide additional information and answer any questions.

They will also be able to provide you with information on new and established homes for sale.
